This 20W GaN RF jammer module delivers high-output, wideband interference across the 830–960MHz spectrum, making it an ideal core component for Sub-1GHz IoT disruption and cellular phone jammer system integration. Designed for OEM builders, system integrators, and authorized RF professionals, this module combines advanced gallium nitride amplification with a built-in circulator to achieve reliable, efficient, and durable jamming performance in a compact SMA-Female package. A key feature of this module is its integrated RF circulator. The circulator routes forward power to the antenna while safely channeling reflected power into an internal dummy load. This protects the sensitive GaN amplifier stage from damage caused by antenna mismatch, open or short circuits, or unpredictable load conditions. For integrators, this means fewer failures, lower maintenance costs, and greater confidence when deploying into real-world antenna systems.
