This 20W GaN counter drone jammer module covers 1200–1400MHz frequency band, equipped with built-in circulator and SMA-Female connector. Adopting high-efficiency GaN RF power amplifier technology, it delivers stable output for suppressing 1.2GHz FPV video transmission link and GPS L2 navigation signals. The integrated circulator protects the amplifier from reflected power, enhancing module reliability under mismatched antenna conditions. Compact metal housing for good heat dissipation, easy integration into counter-UAV, security defense and FPV jamming systems.
