This GaN drone jammer module covers 2800–3000MHz, with power options of 10W, 20W, 30W, 40W, 50W, 60W, developed for FPV interference and anti-UAV defense systems. Featuring high efficiency GaN semiconductor, it maintains stable gain and signal suppression capability. The enclosure is made of aluminum material with passive heat dissipation structure to dissipate heat naturally. For demanding continuous-duty scenarios, better thermal management can be achieved by pairing with our dual fan forced air cooling module. Integrated over-temperature and over-current protection improves operational stability. Suitable for custom counter-UAV assemblies, portable jamming units and fixed site defense hardware.
