This 50W GaN RF signal jammer module operates across 700–830MHz, integrated with a built-in circulator to protect the power amplifier from reflected power damage. It adopts high-performance GaN semiconductor technology, featuring high power density, excellent thermal stability and wideband working performance. Equipped with SMA-Female connector for easy antenna assembly. The module targets 5G n28 mobile phone band and NB-IoT cellular IoT signals. The n28 band (700MHz) is widely deployed globally for long-range 5G cellular service, also carrying NB-IoT for outdoor cellular IoT devices such as smart meters and remote monitoring terminals. Its low-frequency characteristic delivers strong wall penetration and long propagation range, making this unit effective for blocking the target 700–830MHz cellular signals.
