Our High Power 40W GaN RF module works across 1160-1280MHz, equipped with internal circulator and N-Female RF port. Built with advanced GaN power transistor technology, this RF amplifier provides high power density, superior energy efficiency and wide temperature adaptability compared with traditional LDMOS modules. The embedded circulator effectively isolates reflected RF signals, safeguarding the GaN chip from damage caused by mismatched antenna loads and greatly improving working stability. This module serves as the key RF power unit for professional counter-UAV systems. It outputs high-power RF signals to interfere with drones’ satellite navigation frequency band, disrupting UAV positioning function to achieve low-altitude protection. With 50Ω standard impedance, good in-band flatness and reliable heat dissipation design, it supports continuous operation and is easy to integrate into customized anti-drone defense equipment.
