Our 10W GaN anti drone jammer covers 1160–1280MHz frequency band, equipped with an internal circulator and N-Female RF connector. Powered by state-of-the-art Gallium Nitride semiconductor technology, this RF jamming module provides superior power efficiency, compact size and reliable high-power performance compared with conventional LDMOS solutions. It is specially designed for GPS L1 band suppression and UAV navigation signal jamming. By interfering with the drone’s satellite navigation signals, it breaks the UAV positioning capability and disables the automatic return function, forcing unauthorized drones to lose navigation reference. The embedded circulator effectively isolates reflected signals, safeguards the GaN power chip, and improves VSWR tolerance for robust long-time operation. The standard N-Female connector enables simple matching with external antennas. Widely used for integration into handheld, vehicle-mounted or stationary anti-UAV countermeasure equipment to secure sensitive sites against illegal drone intrusion.
