This 10W 1600–1800MHz GaN anti-drone jamming module is a compact RF power amplifier unit built for portable signal jammers and fixed-site security deployment. Adopting high-efficiency GaN semiconductor technology and integrated circulator design, it delivers stable 10W output power across the target band to disrupt UAV remote control and data transmission links. Equipped with an SMA-female RF port for quick antenna integration, it features good in-band flatness, low VSWR and strong reverse protection. Optimized for handheld, backpack and stationary C-UAS systems, it provides reliable low-altitude drone suppression for border checkpoints, facilities, event sites and sensitive zones.
